By participating in the Holiday Decoration Contest, entrants agree to the following terms:

   All participants enter the contest voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that their decorations are safely installed and maintained.
2. Safety & Compliance
   Participants are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, ordinances, HOA rules, and safety regulations related to electrical, structural, and outdoor decorations.
3. Property Responsibility
   The contest organizers assume no responsibility for damage to property, decorations, or personal belongings that may occur before, during, or after the contest.
4. Public Viewing
   By entering, participants acknowledge that their home may be photographed, filmed, and publicly displayed on websites, maps, and social media associated with the contest.
5. Judging & Results
   All judging decisions are final. Contest organizers reserve the right to modify categories, rules, or deadlines if necessary.
6. Liability Release
   By participating, entrants release the contest organizers, sponsors, partners, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the contest or from visitors viewing the displays.
7. Right to Disqualify
   Contest organizers may disqualify any participant for safety hazards, inappropriate content, or rule violations.
8. Permission to Use Images
   Participants grant permission for organizers to use photos or videos of their display for promotional purposes without compensation.
